Fill the frosting bag and add one of the frosting tips. Swirl the cream onto the scented soap base. Then add sprinkle decorations and the cute character topper!
You can make 3 frosted soaps! Which colors, scents, and characters will you get?!? You'll get three sweet soap scents...tropical, berry, or bubble gum. Each topper floats in your tub and adds real character to your vanity sink!
